Luxury home
Today it just came to my mind of searching through the net the luxurious homes. So what if I can’t buy them, at least I can have some knowledge about them. Who knows one day I might get lucky to buy one.
While searching I found that the world’s most expensive home is being built by none other than our own Mukesh Ambani. Mukesh Ambani, is in the process of building a new home in Mumbai. He is spending $1 billion on his home. I wonder how much would Taj Mahal cost. I don’t think there’s any justification for spending that much on a house, besides from being an extreme egotist. Even Bill Gates doesn’t have a home worth a fraction of that; $125 million for his home.
If this is what the future of property is going to be, then I surely need to find myself a good investment property. Can somebody point me to a mortgage calculator ?
To help people in UK, here is a great website with lots of articles on property investments, renting or selling etc. It has a blog that has been very informally well written. Any reader should feel like they are hearing the story from a friend they met up with at their local bar. This doesn’t mean that the site is lacking in content though.
